Chaos

A mysterious force of unknown origin often cited as the source of unexplainable, seemingly random bursts of magic throughout the Lost Legion. It is dubious whether these outbursts are truly a result of a force of nature such as Chaos, or they can be associated with a specific external actor, such as Prakazrel.

As Alignment

Chaos is also represented in the Cosmic Alignment, as one end of the Ethics axis. It represents an unwilligness to follow generally agreed upon social structures, instead choosing to rebel or carve one's own path. It is presented as a direct opposite to Law. Many account attest to the correlation between chaos as an ethical alignment and the force of chaos together with its odd events. However, the true nature and source of such a connection is unknown.
